BT-443 – ELM Technical Manager
Location: Annapolis Junction, MD (fully on-site, no remote option)

• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers, executive leaders, and team members.
• Ability to assess the high-level architectural design, research potential implementation road maps, and conduct feasibility assessments.
• Ability to translate technical requirements reflecting customers desired outcomes helping developers produce the best product possible
• Drive towards customer buy in and drive development processes when needed
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills for design, creation and testing of software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Deep functional knowledge across HCM, Financials and Education applications. Specifically with the PeopleSoft ecosystem with strong experience to make recommendations for low cost and long-term maintenance
• Deep reporting background and expertise with understanding of various technologies spanning vendors. Understanding of data warehouse theory and concepts.
• Work with end users to generate reporting artifacts, as well as explain concepts and help users with little or no technical background.

• Practice/Technical Manager leads experienced consulting teams and responsible for the day-to-day implementation and operations aspects of the system for high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget.
• Develops detailed design of Oracle IT capabilities which may involve integration with third party products and/or GOTS capabilities. This includes designing, implementing, testing, and deploying more complex extensions or configurations needed to address customer unique business processes and workflows.
• Works on substantive and unique issues that identifies risks and risk mitigations. Develops methods, techniques and evaluation criteria providing functional and technical experience on on-premise, cloud, and hybrid based solutions.
