Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience configuring and administrating Amazon Linux, and Windows OS
  • Demonstrated experience installing and managing Apache, Tomcat and Express servers
  • Demonstrated knowledge of installing and maintaining PKI certificates
  • Demonstrated experience with the installation and maintenance of COTS IT products
  • Demonstrated experience OpenSSL and TLS encryption protocols


Work Requirements:
  • Provide level O&M services, troubleshooting, system backup and restore, and software upgrades
  • Provide hardware and virtual server build, installation, troubleshooting, O&M, system backups and restoral for the client and partners
  • Provide system hardening to hosting platforms operating systems (like Linux and Windows)
  • Plan, develop, and implement system security procedures to include implementing firewalls, SSL, x509, PKI certificates and system hardening (like Linux and Windows)
  • Ensure patch compliance and version updates on all software up to and including middleware required by client applications
  • Manage system access control and security in accordance with client security requirements
  • Support other system administration functions as required by the client
  • Perform all Operations and Maintenance support to the client portfolio. This support includes but is not limited to: Providing desk side assistance as well as e-mail assistance on solving users' day-to-day issues; Troubleshooting applications issues
  • Ensure the interoperability of current and future operating systems and software releases for all supported applications
