Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience providing system architectural guidance and recommendations
  • Demonstrated experience leading matrixed technical resources to deliver solutions
  • Demonstrated experience adding new features, optimizing, scaling, or improving stability and performance of Applications
  • Demonstrated experience with REST Web services and SOAP Web services
  • Demonstrated experience with Spring, Spring Security and Hibernate frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience with AWS CloudFormation Templates, Load Balancer, Autoscaling, Security Groups, S3 and KMS
  • Demonstrated knowledge of DEVOPS tools such as Jenkins and Github


Work Requirements:
  • Develop and conduct prototypes to demonstrate proposed products and services will meet the requirements
  • In conjunction with the client's software architect, Technical Director (TD) or designee, develop design guidance for applications developers, define target platforms, interface designs, research, test and recommend software and tools
  • Provide architectural guidance and recommendations
  • Provide business and technical consolation to the client on defining and meeting strategic objectives and roadmaps
  • Provide complete assessments of the technical characteristics of proposals and alternatives considered in applications design
  • Provide a process for evaluating new technologies and provide cost benefit analysis and recommendations to the client for technology insertion
  • Identify and assess integration and interoperability (I&I) challenges in system and service development plans, considering technical, programmatic, and mission dimensions
  • Provide full software build to include front and back-end system and sub-system components
  • Create, update and maintain engineering and support documentation, as approved by the client, for assigned projects and programs for the lifespan of all projects and services
