Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience identifying and validating requirements for SharePoint sites, service now, saves and custom applications
  • Demonstrated experience providing application support identifying and validating requirements for Salesforce
  • Demonstrated experience leading matrixed technical resources to deliver solutions
  • Demonstrated experience with Jira
  • Demonstrated experience with Confluence


Work Requirements:
  • Capture, document, track, report and archive products and services requested from partner to the client
  • Work in close partnership with project managers, software teams, architects, security in interpreting and vetting product and service requests to the client
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with partners to understand and anticipate requirements and business opportunities for the client
  • Support the day-to-day activities of the client
  • Provide support to the client in the development and coordination of organizational policies, standards, processes, and procedures
  • Develop and maintain documentation that captures the client's business processes supporting the client's software build and support services
  • Support data calls as requested by the client
  • Assess partner requirements, identify dependencies, gaps, and develop responsive project plans approved by the client
