Required Skills:

Demonstrated experience identifying and validating requirements for SharePoint sites, service now, saves and custom applications
Demonstrated experience providing application support identifying and validating requirements for Salesforce
Demonstrated experience leading matrixed technical resources to deliver solutions
Demonstrated experience with Jira
Demonstrated experience with Confluence

Work Requirements:

Capture, document, track, report and archive products and services requested from partner to the client
Work in close partnership with project managers, software teams, architects, security in interpreting and vetting product and service requests to the client
Establish and maintain close relationships with partners to understand and anticipate requirements and business opportunities for the client
Support the day-to-day activities of the client
Provide support to the client in the development and coordination of organizational policies, standards, processes, and procedures
Develop and maintain documentation that captures the client's business processes supporting the client's software build and support services
Support data calls as requested by the client
Assess partner requirements, identify dependencies, gaps, and develop responsive project plans approved by the client
