BT-439 – Agile Scrum Master
Location: Chantilly, VA (fully on-site, no remote option)

• Demonstrates on-the-job experience leading an Agile development team.
• Demonstrates on-the-job experience working with senior level customers for status updates and prioritization.
• Demonstrates experience running daily team scrum meetings.
• Demonstrates on-the-job knowledge and experience with using Jira for managing backlogs, portfolios, products, and sprints.
• Demonstrates on-the-job experience putting together sprint plans.
• Demonstrates on-the-job experience putting together weekly reports.
• Demonstrates experience working with project teams to determine or project work scope and level of effort to produce a t-shirt size for the associated work.
• Demonstrates on-the-job ability to monitor the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects and requirements with the ability to recommend or take required corrective actions; to perform risk identification and management; and to communicate effectively with the customer, stakeholder, and project team.
• Demonstrates experience coordinating test resources and deployments with other groups.
• Demonstrates experience working with reporting system for notifying system status and to seek approval for deployment to production.
• Demonstrates on-the-job knowledge and experience with leading and managing enterprise level projects that have a multi-disciplinary cross-organizational project team from start to end using the Sponsor’s Project Management Framework (PMF) and Agile Project Management methodology.
• Demonstrates on-the-job knowledge and experience with managing multiple concurrent projects, short deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Demonstrates on-the-job knowledge and experience identifying programmatic challenges, risks, and constraints coupled with a strong ability to convey well-thought mitigation strategies.
• Demonstrates on-the-job knowledge and experience managing a project through the accreditation process using ICD-503 and receiving ATO.

• Demonstrates experience working in a fast-paced, Lean Agile environment.
• Demonstrates experience with Sponsor IT systems, missions, and strategies.
• Demonstrates experience communicating with senior customers, senior management, and implementation partners.
• Demonstrates experience creating and maintaining JIRA tickets.
• Demonstrates experience managing top line charts, sprint burn-up charts and sprint goals.
