Demonstrates experience working requirements related to data collection and exploitation workflows.
Demonstrates experience leading agile development teams.
Demonstrates experience working with diverse user bases with varying levels of comfort with data and technology; understanding user needs and tailoring user assistance specifically to the needs of the user.
Demonstrates experience guiding and training users in best practices in how to use enterprise technologies or applications.
Demonstrates experience presenting, documenting, and maintaining instructions for using new technologies and data-driven workflows.
Demonstrates experience decomposing user needs, drafting actionable requirements, and communicating requirements for technical solutions to development teams
Demonstrates experience working client requirements related to data collection and exploitation workflows.

Desired Skills:

Demonstrates experience tailoring user assistance specifically to the needs of the user, whether in one-to-one interactions or in larger, multi-user venues.; online and in-person.
Demonstrates experience working in a high-performing team environment.
