Location: Annapolis Junction, MD (fully on-site, no remote option)

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement products and technology to meet client needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex client engagements. Effectively consults with management of client organizations. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
Qualifications:
Practice/Technical Manager leads experienced consulting teams and responsible for the day-to-day implementation and operations aspects of the system for high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget. Develops detailed design of Oracle IT capabilities which may involve integration with third party products and/or GOTS capabilities. This includes designing, implementing, testing, and deploying more complex extensions or configurations needed to address client unique business processes and workflows. Works on substantive and unique issues that identifies risks and risk mitigations. Develops methods, techniques and evaluation criteria providing functional and technical experience on on-premise, cloud, and hybrid based solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- BS computer science or related field (or 8 years of equivalent work experience)
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients
- 8 or more years experience of Java, Java Script
- 8 or more years experience with modern development practices and testing experience
- Deep understanding of Agile methodology
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a contractor in the Intelligence Community.
- Familiarity with and ability to build Encryption Libraries and Key Management Services.
- Establish and apply best practices, to ensure successful implementation of solution designs through collaborative project team communication, planning documentation, system testing, and defect resolution.
- Participate in project planning and project status communications.

- Must be an effective team member with strong communications skills and the ability to follow-through, stay motivated, and collaborate with all team members.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
- Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
