Location: Chantilly, VA (fully on-site, no remote option)

Required:

Experience developing single-page applications using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, TypeScript, and Angular 18+.
At least 1 year experience with Angular.
Experience developing RESTful services using Java 17+ and Spring Framework 6+.
Experience with non-relational database systems such as DynamoDB (other on-the-job- database experience accepted).
Experience with and troubleshooting of Internet/web-related protocols and technologies (e.g., Tomcat, Node.js, web services, and SSL).
Experience developing JUnit and Jasmine tests and experience with testing platforms such as Jest or Karma.
Experience using DevOps such as Git, Jenkins, and Nexus, or other software repositories.
Demonstrates experience in technical project management with full lifecycle software development.
Demonstrates experience estimating and managing software development schedules and deliverables.
Demonstrates experience working in an Agile development environment.
Demonstrates experience developing detailed software design and associated deliverables.
Demonstrates experience designing new system interfaces.
Demonstrates experience coordinating, supporting, and participating in program meetings and reviews.
Demonstrates experience building and maintaining constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors.

Desired:

Experience with Spring Security
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or completion of requisite ServiceNow training for the certification.
Demonstrates experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Demonstrates experience developing and maintaining systems that utilize websockets.
Demonstrates experience developing UIs using Angular Material.
Demonstrates experience working in a fast-paced, Lean Agile environment.
Demonstrates experience doing rapid prototyping and application development with significant user interaction.
Demonstrates experience developing using AngularJS, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
Demonstrates experience with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Perl, and Python) and/or the ability to automate routine operations through scripts or toolsets.
Demonstrates experience with Sponsor IT systems, missions, and strategies.

Demonstrates experience communicating with senior customers, senior management, and implementation partners.
Demonstrates experience creating and maintaining Jira tickets.
Demonstrates experience with AWS and Azure.
